Jamestown Park Renamed for Councilman Phillips

College Park Southside - On Saturday, October 6, 2007, the City of College Park held a dedication service for Charles E. Phillips, Sr. Esquire Park (formerly Jamestown Park). The dedication service was followed by a reception in the Grand Ballroom of the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), located between Roosevelt Highway and Camp Creek Parkway. The newly-dedicated Charles E. Phillips, Sr. Esquire Park is located at the intersection of Herschel and Riverdale Roads.
